All our fragrances follow the IFRA fragrance compliance rules and regulations. We also hold material safety data sheets for all our products (MSDS).  We pride ourselves on using no or little fragrance oil (synthetic ingredient) -  (depending on the specific product line purchased) to allow for a product made of the utmost quality. We believe our use of no synthetics and only natural extracts and essential oils or the use of a small amount of fragrance oil (synthetic) allows for a more superior product to our competitors. Our philosophy is truly based around creating products closest to nature marrying the art of true artisan perfumery with luxury.

(1)  Each cylinder cartridge for our metal diffuser lasts approximately 2 weeks, therefore a dual fragrance pack will last you approximately 2-3 weeks. Due to every fragrance’s unique nature and chemistry the lasting power will differ slightly between each fragrance.

(2)  Each auto car hangtag lasts approximately 2-3 weeks however due to every fragrance’s unique nature and chemistry the lasting power will differ slightly between each fragrance.

(3)  The car design, air flow and temperature will also impact lasting power and scent throw. We therefore encourage you to take our recommendations lightly as all cars will diffuse our product slightly differently and change the way the fragrance disperses throughout the car.

Each fragrance was carefully curated, developed and made in Melbourne, Australia from the finest high-quality ingredients sourced within Australia and worldwide.  Our fragrances are formulated and blended by experienced international perfumers with a wealth of knowledge and experience in fragrance development.  We take great care and pride in the processes we have taken to develop some of the best car fragrances obtainable – and we believe they may be some of the safest available and with style and design kept at the forefront of our minds.

Due to the nature of our fragrances – and their oxidization once exposed to air outside the package we do not take returns. We also do not take returns due to health and safety reasons.

Anyone can be allergic to any product regardless of whether the product is of a natural or synthetic origin, therefore if you are allergic to any of our products or have an allergic reaction, we recommend avoiding the product and seeking immediate medical attention. Every fragrance is blended with different ingredients and therefore an allergy may differ between each product.  We advise you to check the scent profile and ingredients to determine the allergen, however with fragrance blending some extracts are kept confidential to protect the blend, therefore please email us if you have any issues with ingredients and we will do our best to assist you.

Our NXT 100% natural line is 100% of natural origin blended with natural fragrance extracts and essential oils. There are no hidden or secret nasties in the blends they are indeed 100% non-synthetic and natural and took years of blending as we truly wanted an 100% natural range that was of the utmost opulence. If the fragrance is not stated to be 100% natural then it may contain a small amount of fragrance oil(synthetic) blended in to achieve that particular scent, however even within these fragrance blends they still contain a high amount of essential oil and or natural fragrance extracts.
