SHIPPING & RETURNS
NXT ships worldwide. All orders will be shipped from NXT headquarters in Melbourne and/or Queensland, Australia.
Shipping costs area flat rate of $10 across Australia and NXT products are shipped via Australia Post, internationally shipped items will be calculated at checkout depending on the shipping location chosen and may be sent via alternative shipping carriers to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Parcels will be tracked via a tracking code provided after purchase; any damaged items can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs. However, photos will need to be sent as soon as possible to show NXT headquarters any damage so our team can rectify any issues as quickly as possible. i.e., by sending you a replacement depending on the circumstances etc. No refunds or returns can be made unless the order was received damaged or is faulty. NXT takes no responsibility for any wear and tear of the product, or damage that may have occurred due to use or inappropriate use. Orders can be cancelled/changed by emailing us as soon as possible before the order has been shipped out, once the order has been shipped no cancelling or changing of orders will be available.
