Shipping costs area flat rate of $10 across Australia and NXT products are shipped via Australia Post, internationally shipped items will be calculated at checkout depending on the shipping location chosen and may be sent via alternative shipping carriers to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Parcels will be tracked via a tracking code provided after purchase; any damaged items can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs. However, photos will need to be sent as soon as possible to show NXT headquarters any damage so our team can rectify any issues as quickly as possible. i.e., by sending you a replacement depending on the circumstances etc. No refunds or returns can be made unless the order was received damaged or is faulty.
